This is fairly easy to draw freehand, but I also have a free pdf template you can download for it in the materials list above. I made mine using mostly craft craft foam and some scraps of cardstock, but if you don’t want to use craft foam, you can also use cardboard (something flexible like an old cereal box works great for this.)
